IT Solution and Cloud Sales Executive


Sales Hunter and Major Account Experience Required for IT Solutions -Software Hardware and various Cloud initiatives

This position requires the ability to successfully prospect for new sales opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise sectors across various vertical markets. This includes developing new prospect opportunities and increasing the 4cube presence in the region. The candidate will need to possess the ability to sell complete solution offerings that clearly fit into customer’s business requirements to solve their current pain points.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle including, identifying new opportunities, building rapport and educating customer, proposing and closing the deal and ensuring the client’s satisfaction once the project is completed.


Preferred Qualifications


  • 5-7 years proven experience selling technical solutions at multiple levels.
  • A proven track record exceeding $2 million in quota.
  • Strong Organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Outside Technical sales required
  • Previous experience selling enterprise applications within Healthcare, Financial Services, or SLED verticals a plus.
  • Previous experience selling computer hardware/software (VMWare, EMC, Cisco, Network Appliance, Dell, HP, SUN, IBM, Citrix) preferred.
  • Previous experience selling for a Value Add Reseller or Systems Integrator a plus.
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of a solution, technically and financially.
  • Demonstrate exceptional follow-through and personal drive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Proficient with Sales Force.com tool a plus.
  • Previously attended Sales skills training courses.

Presales Technical Architect

As a Presales Technical Architect, you will be responsible for the translation of business and technical requirements into solution sales that are consistent with 4cube’s strategic business focus. By applying virtualization related technical acumen, relationship development and consultative selling skills, you are charged with driving sales and services in the assigned territory by leveraging the appropriate storage offerings and expertise to objectively address customer needs in an effort to become their trusted advisor.


Responsibilities/Duties


  • Align with appropriate sales geography to represent 4cube’s Virtualization Solutions to all assigned accounts
  • Use knowledge of technology, products, processes, industry expertise and consultative sales skills to assess and educate customers on value of storage infrastructure and management
  • Build in-depth knowledge of clients' technical and business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into 4cube solution opportunities
  • Act as the technical lead on complex proposals; conduct final review, edit proposals and approve technical content
  • Use knowledge and understanding of VMWare, Dell, HP and other relevant technologies to credibly and persuasively articulate the features and benefits of these products to the customer
  • Determine how industry trends, product announcements and advances in technology may impact the customer
  • Develop successful relationships with sales team members, partners and customers while supporting the objectives of the sales team
  • Ensure effective coordination and support between account teams and supporting technical resources
  • Coordinate, deliver and ensure quality presales deliverables within the domain of the account which may include items such as configurations, architectural diagrams and statements of work
  • Develop and propose technology solutions that meet customers' needs; ensure that proposed solutions when implemented meet the needs and functional requirements of the customer

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:


  • 5 years pre-sales/technical experience
  • Comfort with making presentations to C-level professionals
  • Ability to develop and communicate complex technology solutions
  • Superior writing skills
  • Dell, HP Storage, and software-defined solutions, including backup and recovery products
  • Datacenter virtualization concepts and technologies
  • Desktop virtualization knowledge is a plus
  • Strong Windows knowledge
  • HP and Dell server skills a plus
  • Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of hardware/software subject matter
  • Understanding of Storage products and their value add to the customer
  • Ability to work independently
